CHACHA CAMERA는 계정, 로그인, 이름, 이메일, 위치 등 어떠한 개인 식별 정보도 수집하지 않습니다. 앱에는 분석·광고·추적 SDK가 포함되어 있지 않습니다.
사용자가 변환을 실행하면 선택한 사진이 축소·압축되어 당사의 처리 서버(Vercel에 호스팅)로 암호화된 연결(HTTPS)을 통해 전송되고, AI 이미지 처리 파트너(Replicate에 호스팅된 이미지 모델)에 전달되어 결과 이미지를 생성합니다. 사진은 결과 생성 목적으로만 일시적으로 처리되며, 당사는 사진이나 결과물을 자체 서버에 저장하지 않습니다. 처리 파트너의 임시 파일은 짧은 기간(통상 1시간~수일) 후 자동 삭제됩니다. 결과 이미지는 사용자 기기에만 저장됩니다.
크레딧 잔액은 사용자 기기에만 저장됩니다(서버 계정 없음). 결제는 Apple의 앱 내 구매로만 처리되며 당사는 결제 정보에 접근할 수 없습니다. 크레딧은 소모성 아이템으로 기기에만 보관되고, 앱 삭제 시 함께 삭제됩니다.

CHACHA CAMERA collects no personal identifiers — no accounts, logins, names, emails, or location. The app contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
When you run a transform, your selected photo is downscaled, compressed, and sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to our processing server (hosted on Vercel), which passes it to our AI processing partner (image models hosted on Replicate) to create the result. Photos are processed transiently for the sole purpose of generating your result; we do not store your photos or results on our own servers. The processing partner's temporary files are automatically deleted after a short period (typically one hour to a few days). Result images are saved only on your device.
Your credit balance is stored only on your device (there are no server accounts). Payments are handled exclusively by Apple In-App Purchase; we never see your payment details. Credits are consumable, live only on this device, and are removed if the app is deleted.
